About Me

My fitness journey began by doing tae-bo in my living room a few times a week. After tae-bo, I tried the Insanity programs. 

After needing to challenge myself physically, I joined a gym. I fell in love with weight training, and with consistency and discipline I became healthier and fit.

I soon realised that helping others on their health journey was what I was passionate about. I then began my certification process through British Columbia Recreation & Parks Association to become a  personal trainer. Throughout the years I have been able to apply the knowledge from my studies to train myself and my clients.
