My purpose as a BCRPA certified Personal Trainer is to assist you in gaining knowledge and experience training yourself so that you can become as fit & healthy as you choose to be. 

Your health and fitness history, present health and fitness level, and your goals for the future will be taken into consideration. I will design weight, cardiovascular and flexibility training programs specifically for YOU. 

We will track your meals and this will make you more aware of your dietary intake. 

My service comes with check-ins that will help to keep you on track.
