Humans long for significant personal growth, and fitness engenders it. I started exercising 18 years ago after becoming overweight and being diagnosed with PCOS. I began my journey by doing tae-bo in my living room a few times a week. At that time, I had no access to a gym. After tae-bo, I tried the Insanity program. In 2010 I started weight training and there began my love for weights. Today, I still have the same love and passion as I first did 13 years ago. I find great satisfaction and contentment in helping others along their fitness journey. After completing my studies, and becoming a certified personal trainer through BCRPA, I was able to apply the knowledge I gained, to train myself and my clients. Through years of experience I have learnt how to practice a balanced approach in all aspects of life, including fitness. I would like to make a difference in people's lives by imparting the art of training, which is to gain control over yourself, mind and body.
