Best Uses: Fitness, Cardio, Toning

Describe Yourself: Enthusiast

Was this a gift?: No

I am on my second round of Insanity in my second month. I love all the workouts and have had great results with it toning my body. Whatever your fitness level you can give it a try. For beginners you can start off slow doing what ever you can until you are stronger and for advanced users you can add weights to make things a bit more challenging. For any concerns or motivation join Insanity s face book page, with other cheering me on I was able to push through during my not so motivated days lol.
No Cons, you either want to get fit or not...
