Won Ton Soup

A wonton (also spelled wantan, wanton, or wuntun in transcription from Cantonese; the Mandarin pronunciation is huntun) is a type of dumpling commonly found in a number of Chinese cuisines.

Cook Time: 15 minutes


Ingredients:



  • 18 - 24 won ton wrappers

  • Filling:

  • 1/2 pound lean mince beef

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 green onion, finely minced

  • 2 dashes of white pepper

  • Other:

  • Water for boiling won tons

  • green onion, thinly sliced, as desired

  • Spinach
